• If you are a minor, sessions must be attended in the presence of your parents.
• Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited. Any violation may lead to termination of access without refund.
• Sharing Zoom or Telegram group links with non-registered individuals is not allowed.
• Respectful behavior towards the mentor and other participants is mandatory. Any misconduct may result in removal without refund.
• All content, materials, and resources provided during the mentorship are the intellectual property of Banknifty Titan and cannot be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment is received through our official payment gateway.
• We reserve the right to update course content, schedules, or instructors without prior notice, ensuring equal or improved value to participants.
• Participants are responsible for having the necessary technical setup (internet connection, Zoom access, etc.) to attend live sessions.
• We do not provide any guarantee of profits, income, or specific financial outcomes as a result of our mentorship program.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge that all trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
